- Ensure IT policies comply with ISO 27001 and security best practices.
- Work with vendors for IT procurement and contract management.
- Expertise in Windows, macOS, and Linux troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
- Experience with firewalls, switches, and IT security measures. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
